Payment & Billing
At Premier Cardiology and Vascular Associates, we appreciate you selecting us as your partner in health. We know that navigating the healthcare system can be confusing, and we are here to help and billing and payment hassle-free and straightforward. Please check with your insurance company to determine if your plan includes a co-pay, deductible, and/or co-insurance. If you have a co-pay, it is due at the time of service. Deductible and co-insurance balances, if applicable, will be billed to the patient following receipt of the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from the insurance company.
Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Patients are financially responsible for all charges identified as patient responsibility.
We are happy to assist you in setting up a payment plan. Please contact our office for more details.
There will be a fee of $30.00 for each check returned by your bank.
Accounts forwarded to a collection or legal agency will incur additional fees.
